September Market Brief – GULBOR Highlights

The September 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties showed significantly stronger activity than last year. Sales volume reached $32.87M, up 41.6%, with 81 units sold—a 14.1% increase. The median sale price rose to $315,000, up 5.0% from September 2024.

New listings increased 6.5% year-over-year to 147, while active listings rose 3.3% to 402. Compared to August, sales volume dipped 5.7%, units sold fell 24.3%, and median sale price increased 5.4%.
