October Market Brief – GMLRA Highlights

The October 2025 housing market across Rabun, White, and Habersham counties showed strong gains compared to last year. Sales volume totaled $50.3M, up 25.8% year-over-year, with 114 units sold—a 14.0% increase. The median sales price rose to $369,263, up 4.4% from October 2024.

New listings reached 281, up 24.9% year-over-year, but down 1.4% from last month, while active listings climbed 31.0% to 777, a 2.0% increase month-over-month. Compared to September 2025, sales volume decreased 4.4%, units sold fell 10.2%, and the median price increased 8.9%.
