July Market Brief – GMLRA Highlights

The July 2025 housing market across Rabun, White, and Habersham counties showed mixed results compared to last year. Sales volume reached $57.4M, up 6.4% year-over-year, with 125 units sold—a 3.8% decline. The median sales price climbed to $350,000, up 7.4%.

New listings increased 10.9% to 255, while active listings rose 40.7% to 760. Month-over-month, sales volume fell 15.6% and units sold dropped 6%, while the median price dipped 2%.
