The February 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties saw strong growth, with a 34.3% increase in sales volume and a 19.3% rise in units sold compared to last year. Active listings jumped 23.9%, providing more inventory, while the median sales price declined 8.4% to $251,775, indicating a potential shift in pricing trends. Month-over-month, sales volume rose 14.8%, but median price dipped 12.4% from January. .
