The February 2025 housing market in Floyd County saw a 69% surge in sales volume and a 38% increase in units sold compared to last month. Median sales price rose 7.3% to $266,000, while active listings climbed 11.2%. Year-over-year, sales volume declined 9.2%, but inventory remained strong, with active listings up 68.4% and new listings rising 21.1%.
