Atlanta Department of City Planning Looking for Citizen and Developer Input

August 20, 2023

At the August 3 Technical Advisory Committee meeting, Atlanta Department of City Planning Commissioner Jahnee Prince announced her interest in hearing directly from members of the public and developers who interact with the department in any manner.

Commissioner Prince indicated that over the last few years, the Department has made significant improvements in areas such as permitting, inspection services, and zoning. However, in order to continue moving forward and improving the department’s performance, the Commissioner believes it’s critical to include the customer's experience while developing process improvements and implementing new department services.

Therefore, the department actively seeks feedback regarding the software interface, general experiences with the department, any concerns regarding department policies and/ or procedures, and any other operational recommendations.

Feel free to reach out to any of the following contacts to express your concerns, thoughts, and recommendations.
