Join PBOR on Thursday, May 21 for REEL Estate: The CEquel – When Life Imitates Film, a unique in-person CE class that brings real estate lessons to life through memorable movie moments. Using film clips to highlight real-world issues like liens, remorse, disclosure problems, difficult neighbors, and fraud, this course will explore how these situations can affect a transaction and how agents can better address or avoid them when working with clients.

The class will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Paulding Chamber of Commerce and will be taught by Jessica Rahm of Campbell & Brannon. Attendees will receive 3 hours of CE credit. Lunch will also be provided by Mary Beth Zimmerman of SWBC Mortgage and Robert Murray of Home Warranty of America. Registration is free for members and $25 for non-members.
