ABOUT EVENT
Join PBOR on Thursday, April 30 from 1:00–4:00 PM for a 3-hour virtual Fair Housing CE class led by Ashley Connor of O’Kelley & Sorohan. This course covers key fair housing laws, including protected classes, prohibited conduct, and advertising guidelines, while providing practical insight on applying these principles in your day-to-day business. Ideal for agents looking to stay current and avoid common violations, this class offers 3 hours of CE credit (GREC School #5993, Course #78675). Free for members and $25 for non-members. Registrants will receive the Zoom link and course materials via email prior to the class.

Ashley N. Connor
Ashley N. Connor is a real estate attorney with O'Kelley & Sorohan, where she focuses on residential real estate transactions and legal matters impacting buyers, sellers, and industry professionals. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2016, Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and has built her practice around helping clients navigate the legal side of real estate with clarity and confidence.
With a strong understanding of contracts, closings, and emerging risks in today’s market, Ashley brings practical, real-world insight to REALTORS®. In this session, she will break down common scams and fraud schemes affecting real estate transactions, equipping attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to better protect their clients, their deals, and their business.
