  • Median sales price: $480,000 (23.1% increase)
  • Average sales price: $538,000 (25.7% increase)
  • Total active listings: 421 (46.2% decrease)
  • New listings: 576 (3.5% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 1.0 (51.8% decrease)

Dawson County | July 2021

  • Total single family home sales: 54 (28% decrease)
  • Median sales price: $331,000 (16.3% increase)
  • Average sales price: $454,500 (17.7% increase)
  • Total active listings: 99 (29.8% decrease)
  • New listings: 83 (2.5% increase)
  • Month’s Supply: 1.7 (36.8% decrease)

  • Median sales price: $285,000 (32.6% increase)
  • Average sales price: $351,500 (52.8% increase)

  • Month’s Supply: 1.5 (45.2% decrease)
