To become a member you must:


1.  Complete an application.

                Primary/Secondary Realtor application
              
                Broker application

               Affiliate - Partnership Star Program application


2.  Pay the appropriate membership dues.  


                Primary & Secondary Membership Dues - prorated


3.  Attend the New Member orientation class and complete the Code
    of Ethics training within 180 days after becoming a member.  You
    can take the Code of Ethics training online at www.realtor.org.

2.   Mail to:  Paulding Board of Realtors
                                    P.O. box 2717
                                    Dallas, Ga   30132

3.  Scan & Email to: info@pauldingrealtors.com



Please make sure to include payment or payment information, and sign
the application.  The application and payment cannot be processed
without this information.

You will receive a welcome email explaining all requirements to become an
active member.  Once the Board of Directors approve your membership
an approval letter will be sent to you with your NRDS # and the next
New Member Orientation date.
